shipping

We only ship paintings, tea towels, tote bags, cards, and other items created by Susan & Kate. You will not be charged for shipping at checkout. If you want an item shipped, you will need to contact susansnyderart@gmail.com or katebruceart@aol.com to arrange it.

We use USPS or UPS for standard shipping and all packages are insured.  At Sage Art Utah we explore the options available with the various carriers to provide you with the most reliable option at a competitive cost. 

Shipping costs for oversized items is fixed, starting with paintings over 14" in length on any side. Each painting is shipping in its own box.  From time to time we may be able to combine items and offer a reduced shipping cost, although that is at the sole discretion of Sage Art. 

All items are shipped ground or priority mail (2-3 days).  

If you would like expedited shipping a separate request and additional payment must be received prior to shipment.  This can be arranged through susansnyderart@gmail.com or katebruceart@gmail.com. It is best to request this at the time you request shipping, so that we can calculate the costs.

A tracking number for the shipment will be provided to you at the time the post office or UPS processes your package.
