Returns and Exchanges

At Sage Art Utah we strive to ensure each purchase meets or exceeds your expectations at the time of selection.  Each one of our items is hand-crafted and completely original, with the exception of artist cards, tea towels, and tote bags, all of which start with original art.  

If you wish to return or exchange an item, it must be handled through the artist who created it, and within a time frame of no more than 30 days.  Exchanges may required additional time for the artist to create a new piece.  Please plan for a 2-4 week window for this.

We do not refund classes unless we cancel them. If you require a refund on a class, you will need to contact the artist directly and obtain it in person.
